Develop and edit technical baseball pitching content for YouTube and short-form platforms. Collaborate with coaches to research topics, create concepts, write hooks, and develop titles and thumbnails. Produce long-form educational videos, short-form clips, promotional content, and marketing resources. Manage publishing and community engagement, analyze performance data, support social and website strategy, and stay current on baseball development and content trends.

Hands-on internship collecting and managing real-time force plate and motion capture data, assisting equipment setup, calibration, and troubleshooting, collaborating with the performance team to analyze movement outputs, and contributing to reports that inform elite pitcher training.

Remote, part-time unpaid internship supporting the Data Department by manually clipping video and tagging image/frame locations to meet weekly quotas (~10-15 hours/week). Interns perform repetitive annotation tasks, contribute to research projects, and collaborate with baseball analytics and performance teams.
