Leads business intelligence strategy, reporting tools, dashboards, data governance, and the master reporting model. Manages analytics professionals, ensures data quality and warehouse alignment, partners with executives and cross-functional teams, and translates performance data into actionable recommendations. Oversees BI adoption, training, change management, documentation, compliance, and project prioritization.

Leads medical device product strategy and lifecycle management from concept through commercialization and optimization. Partners with R&D, surgeons, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, legal, and operations teams to develop products, analyze markets, define positioning, manage budgets, and drive profitability. Supports sales through training, medical education, trade shows, advertising, and marketing collateral while maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders and surgeons.

Supports the sales team and customers through order-to-cash management, order entry, invoicing, credit memos, inventory ordering, returns, and billing issue resolution. Coordinates surgeon, healthcare facility, and distributor setup; serves as a customer contact; collaborates with Finance and Pricing; and assists with sales and inventory reporting. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, and three years of experience supporting a sales team in an office environment.
