Leads medical device product strategy and lifecycle management from concept through commercialization and optimization. Partners with R&D, surgeons, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, legal, and operations teams to develop products, analyze markets, define positioning, manage budgets, and drive profitability. Supports sales through training, medical education, trade shows, advertising, and marketing collateral while maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders and surgeons.

The Sales Representative will sell Treace medical devices and procedures, support surgeons and operating-room teams, develop customer relationships, convert leads, and manage key accounts. Responsibilities include product and procedure expertise, surgeon training in didactic and cadaveric settings, market development, customer service continuity, and collaboration with marketing. The role requires local travel up to 90%, overnight travel up to 20%, hospital credentialing, emergency support, a bachelor’s degree, two years of field sales experience, and a valid driver’s license with insurance.
