Sells medical devices and surgical products to foot and ankle surgeons and operating room teams. Builds customer relationships, converts leads, supports procedures, coordinates surgeon product training, manages key accounts, and provides market feedback. Requires frequent local travel, occasional overnight travel, hospital credentialing readiness, emergency support capability, a bachelor's degree, field sales experience, and a valid driver's license with vehicle insurance.

Leads medical device product strategy and lifecycle management from concept through commercialization and optimization. Partners with R&D, surgeons, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, legal, and operations teams to develop products, analyze markets, define positioning, manage budgets, and drive profitability. Supports sales through training, medical education, trade shows, advertising, and marketing collateral while maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders and surgeons.

Supports the sales team and customers through order-to-cash management, order entry, invoicing, credit memos, inventory ordering, returns, and billing issue resolution. Coordinates surgeon, healthcare facility, and distributor setup; serves as a customer contact; collaborates with Finance and Pricing; and assists with sales and inventory reporting. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, and three years of experience supporting a sales team in an office environment.
