Lead automation and optimization of Java applications across cloud, hosted, and on-prem environments. Manage CI/CD pipelines, Docker/containerization, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), AWS deployments, monitoring, security, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and Level 2/3 production support. Support sales demos, technical proposals, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Facilitate Agile delivery for one or more development teams: run Scrum ceremonies, maintain Jira backlog, coordinate dependencies, produce delivery metrics and dashboards in Jira/Smartsheet, drive resolution of impediments, and foster continuous improvement and cross-team alignment.
