Manage and develop a small personal lines agency territory through in-person and virtual sales. Execute sales strategies, build agency relationships, support business development, use data and automation to drive growth, and learn product, underwriting, and AI tools to influence distribution partners.

Own SME Commercial Combined, Property Owners, and Office product performance and development. Translate underwriting strategy into eTrade product definitions in Acturis, manage portfolio profitability, optimise rules/rating for straight-through processing, lead broker integrations, provide underwriting guidance, deliver data-led portfolio analysis, and coach the SME underwriting team.
