Leads actuarial pricing for Bond and Specialty Insurance’s Professional Liability business. Performs rate adequacy analysis, rate reviews, filings, and profitability assessments; develops analytic solutions and strategic recommendations; partners with underwriting, product management, business intelligence, IT, regulatory, and reserving teams. Manages strategic initiatives, communicates findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders, and may supervise, mentor, and develop analysts or interns.

Supports the Corporate Secretary’s Office through executive administration and corporate governance activities. Responsibilities include managing board and committee meetings, governance calendars, board portals, corporate records, regulatory filings, shareholder meeting logistics, senior-leader scheduling, travel, expenses, vendor coordination, and presentation preparation. The role requires discretion with confidential information, strong organizational judgment, and at least three years of administrative, executive assistant, governance, or paralegal support experience.

Manage auto liability claims from initial customer contact through investigation, coverage and liability determination, evaluation, reserving, negotiation, and settlement. Communicate with policyholders, claimants, providers, and internal stakeholders; document claim files accurately; identify potential fraud; and escalate complex matters. The role requires strong knowledge of insurance principles, analytical and negotiation skills, customer service expertise, and experience handling bodily injury or comparable liability claims.
