Performs complex litigation paralegal duties supporting attorneys in liability cases. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, discovery responses, deposition and trial preparation, investigations, evidence and records management, subpoenas, legal holds, case analysis, coordination with claims and underwriting teams, and occasional testimony. The role requires advanced research, writing, analytical, organizational, and legal technology skills, plus at least five years of paralegal or related experience.

Build and ship production AI agents and LLM-powered systems using modern agent frameworks and orchestration tools. Own technical and product direction, establish agent architecture and observability, implement telemetry, resolve production reliability issues, and apply tool use, retrieval, evaluation, and prompt engineering. Partner with product stakeholders, influence strategy, document technical initiatives, and mentor engineers while delivering full-stack software end to end.

Receives structured training to investigate, evaluate, document, and resolve workers compensation claims. Assists with determining coverage, compensability, exposure, and potential fraud; communicates with policyholders, claimants, providers, witnesses, and legal counsel; maintains claim records; coordinates medical treatment and return-to-work efforts; and obtains required insurance licenses.
