Designs and oversees enterprise-level Dynamics 365 Finance solutions for international implementation projects. Leads requirements workshops, architecture roadmaps, system integrations, data migration, solution testing, and technical guidance. Collaborates with business consultants, developers, customers, and technology partners to deliver scalable, secure solutions. Provides architectural leadership, mentors colleagues, explores emerging technologies, conducts proofs of concept, and manages ongoing customer relationships.

Designs, builds, and maintains enterprise data pipelines from Dynamics 365 F&O into ADLS Gen2, Azure Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric. Develops Spark/PySpark transformations, scalable data models, and curated analytics datasets while ensuring data quality, governance, lineage, and reliability. Analyzes AxDB and finance data structures, supports Dataverse integrations, and collaborates with Finance, Operations, and BI teams to deliver reporting and subscription-based analytics solutions.
