Deliver face-to-face sales presentations at resort sales centers, build rapport with prospective/current owners, communicate travel membership benefits, generate sales through closing techniques, meet production and compliance standards, and attend ongoing training to maintain and improve performance.

Lead a frontline sales team to meet daily sales targets, recruit and train sales associates, evaluate performance, run sales meetings and group presentations, maintain production standards and high customer satisfaction, and enforce sales policies.

Perform marketing measurement and analytics across digital and offline channels. Build reports and dashboards, run SQL/Python analyses, support attribution, A/B testing, forecasting, and customer segmentation. Partner with marketing and data teams to translate insights into optimization recommendations.
