Manage assigned spend categories for a manufacturing environment by developing procurement strategies, conducting market and cost analysis, negotiating and administering supplier contracts, and implementing supplier changes without disruption. Support material planning by placing and rescheduling purchase orders, evaluate supplier capabilities, and recommend continuous procurement improvements to reduce total cost of ownership while meeting service and quality targets.

Manage daily toolroom operations supporting fabrication, welding, assembly, and machining. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for fixtures and tooling, ensure tooling readiness for production, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and spare-parts inventory, collaborate with production/engineering/quality, and coach and develop toolroom personnel.

Create precision tools, jigs, and fixtures using grinding, turning, and milling. Program and operate CNC and manual toolroom equipment, interpret blueprints, use CAD/CAM (SolidWorks), perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, maintain machines, and uphold 5S and housekeeping standards while communicating across departments.

Manage daily toolroom operations, maintenance, repair, and inventory of fixtures, jigs, and tooling. Lead and develop the toolroom team, schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, ensure tooling readiness for production, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and spare parts, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to meet plant objectives and safety/quality standards.
