Teams at Transportation Insight

Manages strategic client relationships, financial performance, service delivery, retention, and upsell opportunities for assigned transportation and supply chain accounts. Identifies freight optimization opportunities, leads cross-functional collaboration, provides transportation rate and analytical support, and guides client service teams. Requires strong executive communication, relationship-building, analytical, presentation, and transportation-industry expertise. Domestic travel of up to 40% is required.

Provides architectural and engineering oversight for brokerage applications and transportation products. Responsibilities include system design, reviewing software components, ensuring technical and functional alignment, mentoring development teams, enforcing code quality and design patterns, estimating feature work, and supporting technical recruiting. Requires knowledge of enterprise architecture, microservices, micro frontends, REST APIs, Agile development, full-stack methodologies, and cloud infrastructure.

Provides tactical and operational support for assigned logistics clients, ensuring contracted solutions, metrics, KPIs, communication, and continuous improvement objectives are delivered. Collaborates with account managers and cross-functional teams on client retention, reporting, issue remediation, carrier operations, pricing requests, invoicing, spend and transit analysis, and upsell opportunities. Requires strong transportation-industry knowledge, analytical ability, communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, transportation systems, Salesforce, and reporting tools.
