Coordinates daily transportation account operations, including load building and activation, coverage, scheduling, shipment tracking, customer updates, proof of delivery, accessorial closeout, and after-hours communication. Provides frontline customer service, manages TMS and customer portals, identifies growth opportunities, and collaborates with account managers and operations leads. The role requires strong organization, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and attention to detail in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Provides tactical and operational support for assigned logistics clients, ensuring contracted solutions, metrics, KPIs, communication, and continuous improvement objectives are delivered. Collaborates with account managers and cross-functional teams on client retention, reporting, issue remediation, carrier operations, pricing requests, invoicing, spend and transit analysis, and upsell opportunities. Requires strong transportation-industry knowledge, analytical ability, communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, transportation systems, Salesforce, and reporting tools.

Provides administrative client support for daily freight transportation operations. Tracks carrier pickups and deliveries, enters shipment data into a transportation management system, reports timing variances, requests documentation, directs carriers to web portals, and answers shipping-related inquiries. The role builds relationships with clients and vendors and requires accurate data entry, clear communication, customer service skills, and basic computer proficiency.
