Lead multiple complex transportation management system products from strategy through delivery. Prioritize roadmaps, define MVPs and success metrics, write business/functional requirements, lead agile teams and UAT, mentor product managers/analysts, and collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and operations to drive adoption and efficiency.

Manage enterprise transportation accounts as primary client contact: coordinate internal teams, handle RFPs and tenders, oversee routing guides, track KPIs, resolve escalations, optimize cost and service, and supervise Account Coordinators.

The Account Coordinator manages daily tasks for assigned accounts, providing customer service, tracking shipments, communication, and ensuring best practices are followed to enhance customer relationships.
