Teams at Transport Refrigeration Services (TRS)

The Operations Data Analyst collects and analyzes operational and financial data, develops dashboards and performance reports, tracks KPIs, identifies trends and root causes, and recommends corrective actions. The role partners with operations, accounting, and finance teams to improve data accuracy and processes, presents findings to leadership, and trains employees on reporting tools and procedures.

Leads shift operations for a fleet refrigeration service shop while performing hands-on diagnostics and repairs. Supervises technicians, distributes workload, manages schedules, communicates across shifts, and ensures safety and quality standards. Repairs refrigeration units using OEM software, performs preventive maintenance, DOT inspections, brake repairs, truck and trailer maintenance, road service calls, and APU repairs.

Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on trucks, trailers, refrigeration units, and APUs. Tasks include DOT inspections, brake and suspension work, electrical and ABS troubleshooting, tire services, structural trailer repairs, road service calls, and safe operation of forklifts and hoists while maintaining a clean shop.
