Transplant Housing

Transplant Housing began a few years back when we came across travel nurses as tenants in our short-term rental properties. We had such positive experiences with the nurses that we decided to look deeper into the traveling healthcare industry. When we first started, our main focus was to turn travel nurse’s homes into short-term rentals while they were gone on assignment. It then came to be that we were fielding so many phone calls from recruiters, housing coordinators and travel nurses to find housing in different parts of the country. Last year, there were over 70,000 travel nurses searching for housing. We saw the demand and wanted to bridge the gap between the housing shortage and traveling nurses.
