Participate in an in-home study by installing two video-only devices for 7–10 days, share at least 120 hours of footage per device, review and delete clips on a provided laptop, and provide consent for yourself and other adult household members. Devices are delivered and picked up at your home; must live in the Boston area and be comfortable using a computer and communicating in English.

Provide technical hosting and e-discovery support for legal clients: troubleshoot issues, manage processing/hosting/conversion of ESI, execute document productions (OCR, bates stamping, load files), administer Relativity and LAW, create Relativity scripts/event handlers, coordinate with project teams and clients, and meet deadlines including evening/weekend coverage.

Manage and grow client relationships by generating leads, cold calling, negotiating rates, educating clients on translation services, coordinating with production, and ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction.
