Participate in an in-home study by installing two video-only devices for 7–10 days, share at least 120 hours of footage per device, review and delete clips on a provided laptop, and provide consent for yourself and other adult household members. Devices are delivered and picked up at your home; must live in the Boston area and be comfortable using a computer and communicating in English.

Lead client service and project delivery for translation projects: scope, estimate, initiate and monitor projects, liaise between clients and production, resolve issues, ensure ISO compliance, train junior staff, report KPIs, and maintain high client satisfaction.

Lead new business efforts by identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities. Build client relationships through research, cold calling, events and direct marketing. Present and promote TransPerfect solutions, manage pricing and contracts, provide client support, and coordinate quoting, project management, billing, and production to ensure profitable delivery.
