Design, build, maintain, and optimize web applications, backend services, REST APIs, databases, and application architecture. Collaborate with product managers, developers, clients, and project teams to define requirements and deliver secure, reliable software. Perform testing, debugging, documentation, and performance improvements while contributing to agile development, client support, training, and pre-sales activities.

Lead regional marketing strategy and execution across EMEA and SAARC. Develop marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives, manage campaigns, content, communications, events, budgets, and marketing performance, and lead a regional team. Coordinate Product Marketing, Sales, Digital Marketing, and external partners while using campaign and pipeline data to improve lead generation, conversion, and marketing ROI. The role is hybrid, requiring at least two days per week in the Rotterdam office.
