Provide post-sales customer service and clerical sales support: manage CRM and database records, process orders, generate renewal quotes, handle invoicing follow-up, manage corporate phone and call systems, screen and respond to client inquiries, and support vendor registrations.

Provide technical support to internal and external customers by diagnosing software issues, reproducing problems, preparing CAD drawings, supporting testing and issue reporting, creating technical documentation, and communicating product feedback to development and product teams. The role also includes technical presentations and demonstrations. It requires proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Civil 3D, fluency in German, strong analytical skills, and excellent customer communication.
