The Renewals Specialist drives profitable renewals by coordinating with Sales and Customer Experience teams, negotiating commercial terms, and enhancing operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional processes, leading customer negotiations, and leveraging AI tools for renewals optimization.

Serve as primary customer contact to onboard, drive adoption, and ensure customer success for SaaS security products. Build executive relationships, maintain success plans and health scores, coordinate with Sales, Product, and Professional Services, and drive renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities while escalating risks and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Sell enterprise CIAM and fraud-prevention SaaS to C-suite and senior stakeholders in Mexico. Drive new business, expand accounts, close complex multi-stakeholder deals, build business cases, quantify ROI, and manage long sales cycles across banking, retail, eCommerce, and financial services.
