Supervise and train dishwashing staff, ensure safety and sanitation standards, maintain cleaning supplies and smallwares inventory, operate and maintain cleaning equipment, oversee station setup/breakdown, support culinary operations and temperature/food-safety logging, and perform related duties onsite during events.

Supervise and train operations staff to prepare, maintain, and convert the Will Rogers Memorial Center for events. Oversee housekeeping, event setup/teardown (including equestrian/livestock stalls), equipment operation and maintenance, inventory of supplies and FF&E, storage organization, safety reporting, and cross-department support during events.

Oversee on-site operations for Will Rogers Memorial Center including supervising and scheduling staff, event setup/teardown, housekeeping, inventory and maintenance, liaising with tenants/contractors, and supporting cross-department event coordination.

Support kitchen operations by maintaining sanitation in culinary and pantry areas: operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment, set up/break down stations, store clean wares and supplies, follow safety and sanitation protocols, assist guests and other Food & Beverage departments as needed.

Supervise suite and loge box operations at on-site arena events, ensure guest hospitality and food/beverage quality, coordinate with FOH and culinary teams, manage cash handling, inventory, safety and alcohol policies, assist with event setup and financial closeout, and lead staff during events.
