Supports global compensation programs and job architecture through market benchmarking, job evaluation, leveling, salary structure maintenance, and Workday data management. Partners with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on compensation decisions, hiring offers, audits, pay equity, compliance, and annual compensation processes. Analyzes large datasets, maintains accurate job profiles and market data, and recommends improvements to compensation practices.

Leads the enterprise Total Rewards function across compensation, executive compensation, equity, incentives, and benefits. Builds scalable job architecture, salary structures, governance, and Workday-enabled processes; advises HR and executive leadership on compensation committee and proxy matters; oversees vendors, analytics, compliance, and international readiness; and develops a high-performing rewards team for a complex, rapidly growing organization.

Leads new product introduction manufacturing for complex FDA- and ISO-regulated electromechanical medical equipment. Oversees design transfer, manufacturing readiness, DFM/DFA, process development, validation, tooling, automation, testing, troubleshooting, and commercialization. Coordinates cross-functional engineering, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and manufacturing teams; establishes process metrics; and provides technical leadership and mentorship without direct people-management responsibility.
