It develops KPIs, dashboards, feasibility assessments, and recommendations to improve compliance, efficiency, and business performance.

Leads strategic and administrative support for branch leadership through supplier and contract management, financial and profitability analysis, market assessment, regulatory relationship management, investment evaluation, operational dashboards, maintenance oversight, systems integrity, and KPI reporting. Supports compliance, safety, cost control, vendor performance, and data-driven decision-making without directly managing daily operations.

Coordinates business technology solutions by translating internal needs into technical designs, managing application development and integrations, planning and monitoring projects, leading testing and deployments, supporting change management, and reviewing post-implementation outcomes.

Coordinates pricing and sales support by communicating with clients, reviewing requirements, preparing service quotations, evaluating feasibility, maintaining contracts and quote validity, monitoring service execution, identifying business opportunities, and supporting pricing strategy and customer satisfaction improvements.
