Develop automated evaluations, analysis workflows, and LLM-as-a-judge pipelines; analyze agent transcripts and large datasets; identify anomalies; conduct rapid investigations; and communicate findings through rigorous reports for technical, policy, government, and AI lab audiences.

Build and run Transluce’s business operations infrastructure as the organization scales from 20 to 40+ employees. Responsibilities include managing financial controls, accounts payable and receivable, donations, audits, internal tools, cybersecurity and privacy compliance, SOC 2 controls, office IT, vendor relationships, and workplace infrastructure. The role advises leadership, improves processes, and balances strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Build and run Transluce’s People Operations function as the first dedicated people professional. Responsibilities include end-to-end hiring, sourcing strategy, onboarding, benefits, payroll, HRIS ownership, employee relations, culture practices, and federal and multi-state employment compliance. The role advises leadership, manages vendors and external counsel, handles visa processes, and develops scalable people infrastructure while remaining highly hands-on.
