Teams at Translate By Humans

Build and own end-to-end full-stack features: design scalable backend services (Django/FastAPI), develop responsive frontends (Angular/React), implement REST APIs and integrations, and iterate on LLM-powered capabilities. Ensure performance, reliability, testing, and CI/CD deployment while collaborating with product, design, and QA.

Lead outbound prospecting across US and EU markets to generate qualified meetings and bookings via email, calls, and LinkedIn. Build consultative client relationships, communicate client needs to product and operations, maintain CRM records, forecast and track sales metrics, and meet monthly targets. Compensation includes base salary plus commission.

Manage linguistic quality and QA processes for translation and subtitling projects. Analyze source files, prepare instructions, review translations for accuracy and consistency, use CAT/TMS tools, train linguists, produce quality reports, and liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure project delivery.
