Supports the Behavioral Health Navigation program by assisting with referrals, resource navigation, participant support, outreach, team training, documentation, and program tracking. Provides trauma-informed guidance to adults and transitional-age youth, collaborates with behavioral health and community organizations, presents educational materials, supports navigators, and serves as a liaison with institutions including hospitals, courts, jails, and law enforcement. Requires frequent driving and in-person client interaction.

The Controller oversees daily finance and accounting operations, including general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, billing, reconciliations, financial close, reporting, grants, contracts, compliance, audits, internal controls, and tax activities. The role supervises Finance staff, supports budgeting and forecasting, ensures GAAP and funding compliance, and manages financial operations for a nonprofit agency.

Support Quality Assurance Manager by conducting Medi-Cal-compliant chart audits, maintaining audit and compliance records, serving as Smart Care EHR super user, training and supporting staff, tracking incidents/grievances, attending county meetings/trainings, assisting with site recertification, and promoting trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices and HIPAA compliance.
