Serve as front-desk receptionist and primary point of contact: greet visitors, answer phones, triage clients in crisis, provide administrative support (correspondence, scheduling, spreadsheets), maintain office appearance and supplies, run errands, assist with events and safety checks, support managers on projects, and promote trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices.

Support Quality Assurance Manager by conducting Medi-Cal-compliant chart audits, maintaining audit and compliance records, serving as Smart Care EHR super user, training and supporting staff, tracking incidents/grievances, attending county meetings/trainings, assisting with site recertification, and promoting trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices and HIPAA compliance.

Support fiscal and operational management for nonprofit programs: develop and monitor grant/contract budgets, prepare financial reports and invoices, perform month-/year-end closes and reconciliations, ensure GAAP compliance, support audits, train program managers on regulations, manage restricted/unrestricted funds and cost allocations, and collaborate with Finance Director and program staff.

Temporary part-time peer internship providing on-the-job peer training and certification, shadowing staff to deliver direct behavioral health services, documenting in EHRs, building community referral pathways, supporting Employee Resource Groups, and practicing trauma-informed, culturally responsive communication.
