Manage a caseload of complex ESOP clients, handling all plan administration (compliance testing including 409(p), allocations, distributions, recordkeeping), prepare/review Form 5500, serve as primary client contact, review plan documents, resolve technical questions, mentor junior staff, and participate in special projects.

Lead month-end close, manage general ledger and reconciliations, prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements, support budgeting/forecasting, serve as external audit liaison, design internal controls, drive ERP improvements and integrations, supervise accounting staff, and support M&A, tax, and regulatory reporting for retirement plan administration.

Lead development and delivery of ESOP communication strategies and materials. Present workshops and webinars, consult with clients on messaging and culture, mentor junior consultants, collaborate cross-functionally, and support client engagement strategy and industry representation. Manage multiple engagements and create high-quality digital and print learning assets.

Support ESOP plan administration by analyzing census data, preparing plan financial statements, and completing government reporting. Work collaboratively with Plan Administrators, manage tasks across the annual plan cycle, and learn ESOP recordkeeping and administration with opportunities for advancement.

Develop and deliver ESOP-focused communications and training materials (presentations, handouts, webinars, workshops), present to employee groups on-site and virtually, collaborate with internal teams and marketing, support client engagement activities and events, and contribute to process and content improvements.

Manage all aspects of retirement plan administration for assigned KSOP/401(k) plans, consult with sponsors/advisors, read plan documents, calculate contributions and refunds, perform compliance testing, complete Form 5500/5500-SF/5330, and assist clients with operational corrections.

Drive new ESOP consulting and administration sales across the U.S. West Coast by developing advisor and intermediary relationships, prospecting, presenting services, closing deals, managing client relationships, tracking sales activity, and providing territory forecasts. Regular travel and post-sale account support required.
