Lead SEO and AEO strategy across website content, landing pages, technical optimization, and organic visibility. Develop and execute content strategies, manage Webflow site updates, improve page performance and technical SEO (crawlability, indexing, page speed, schema), and coordinate agencies and freelancers to drive qualified organic engagement and conversions.

Lead operating expense planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting. Build financial models, analyze variances, track headcount and spend, and partner with department leaders. Support cash flow forecasting, KPI/dashboard development, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Rev Ops, BI, and People. Gain exposure to SaaS metrics and strategic finance initiatives.

The Account Manager will manage customer renewals and expansions, develop strategic plans, lead partnership reviews, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to enhance customer success and retention.
