Manages daily operations for an affordable housing community and provides support to three additional Bellevue communities. Responsibilities include leasing, rent collection, resident relations, LIHTC and HUD compliance, maintenance coordination, team supervision, inspections, audits, reporting, training, and operational improvement. The role also supports occupancy, resident retention, fair housing practices, property management systems, and consistent implementation of policies across multiple communities.

Provides reception and concierge support in an assisted living and memory care community. Greets residents, visitors, team members, and the public; answers and routes calls; schedules meetings and appointments; performs administrative tasks; distributes mail and packages; maintains office supplies; and delivers customer service. The position is on-call, generally two days and 16 hours per week, with possible additional hours.

The Director of Sales drives occupancy and revenue through lead management, outreach, tours, follow-up, relationship building, and closing sales. The role develops sales strategies and 90-day plans, maintains referral partnerships, tracks inquiries and move-ins, prepares weekly reports, and supports community communications and staff training. The position requires strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and customer-care skills while serving seniors and their families.
