The Digital Analyst will leverage data and technology to provide insights that drive strategies and decisions for clients, focusing on digital performance and product analytics.

Perform ad-hoc data extraction and analysis (primarily using SQL), support digital analytics tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager), assist BI/reporting deliverables, QA colleagues' code and present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple client accounts.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, build and manage a contractor/associate network, proactively source talent, partner with leaders on role definition and hiring strategy, improve recruitment processes and tools, and maintain talent pipelines and hiring metrics to support project delivery and succession planning.
