Partner with business leaders to deliver people strategy, improve HR systems/processes, lead People Coordinator, drive DE&I, employee lifecycle, performance, employee relations, and use people data and AI to inform decisions and scale People operations.

Lead product strategy and delivery across the product lifecycle, using user research, data and agile methods. Define roadmaps, measure success, prioritise trade-offs, coach teams and stakeholders, and drive product uptake, cost reduction or sunsetting decisions.

Lead and mentor the BA community, drive investigation and design of business solutions, manage risks, translate complex information for technical and business stakeholders, champion best practice, contribute to capability growth and business development, and support delivery across public and private sector projects.
