Develop and execute regional sales strategies to retain and grow existing customers, acquire new customers, and exceed lab-based revenue targets. Build customer and prospect relationships, analyze market and customer data, manage territory activities, coordinate with service and operations teams, and improve customer experience. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, track sales performance, report on pipeline and opportunities, support team members, and travel regularly within the assigned region.

Supports laboratory operations through customer communications, scheduling, work order creation, pipette quality checks, calibration logistics, documentation follow-up, certificate delivery, and instrument preparation. Provides customer service to key accounts, coordinates recurring calibration needs, maintains backup records, and may travel to customer locations multiple times monthly. Requires basic computer skills, willingness to learn database systems, and occasional physical handling of instruments.

Leads the enterprise automation strategy for calibration operations, identifying and implementing solutions that improve productivity, quality, turnaround time, and scalability. Serves as a liaison between Operations and IT, oversees research and pilots, leads change management and training, supports deployments across lab locations, and measures initiative performance. The role also manages cross-functional collaboration, employee development, and leadership responsibilities.
