Develop and execute regional customer retention, growth, and acquisition strategies for assigned laboratory markets. Build relationships with existing, at-risk, and prospective customers; identify expansion opportunities; manage sales territories and pipelines; and collaborate with service, operations, marketing, and customer service teams. Use Salesforce to track activities, analyze performance, maintain data quality, and report on sales opportunities. Regular regional travel and occasional national travel are required.

Provides regional technical support for calibration laboratories by evaluating service feasibility, quotations, capability, pricing, standard times, accreditation requirements, and technical cost models. Partners with laboratory, sales, quality, and metrology teams to resolve complex issues, assess capability expansion, improve routing and profitability, support audits, and guide equipment investments and service transitions. Also supports employee training, development plans, and performance reviews.

Coordinates nationwide field calibration services for strategic customers, including contract renewals, scheduling, quotations, billing, vendor relationships, and customer communications. Maintains ERP, CRM, scheduling, and job-management systems while supporting sales cadence, cross-functional service delivery, and process improvement. The role requires project management, client-facing revenue experience, Salesforce expertise, and coordination of remote technical workforces.
