Teams at Transcard Payments, LLC

Supports marketing and brand initiatives by producing promotional materials, sales collateral, event assets, newsletters, internal communications, and custom client collateral. Assists with event logistics, scheduling, outreach, attendee tracking, and vendor coordination. Refines visual designs to meet brand standards and partner submission requirements while receiving mentorship and feedback from the Marketing team.

Analyzes fraud, compliance, transaction monitoring, disputes, suspicious activity, sanctions screening, and operational data to identify risks and trends. Improves reporting, evaluates monitoring rules, supports risk assessments and investigations, and presents actionable recommendations. The intern also monitors terminated client account updates and supports vendor management initiatives.

Assist with developing, testing, troubleshooting, and securing AI-powered applications. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, design discussions, and quality checks while learning AI and machine learning concepts. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to translate business needs into AI solutions. The internship includes mentorship, academic alignment, and exposure to responsible AI, data privacy, security, and AI safety practices.
