Designs, develops, deploys, and supports scalable AI applications, generative AI and agentic solutions, automation, and digital agents. The role covers the full AI lifecycle, enterprise AI platform operations, cloud-native engineering, monitoring, security, reliability, and continuous improvement. It leads technical workstreams, collaborates with business and technology teams, and mentors less experienced engineers.

Processes policy illustration requests for policy issuance by entering data, generating and uploading illustrations, tracking request status, resolving system issues, and communicating updates to sales and distribution teams. The role also supports workflow optimization and special projects. Requires strong data entry, organization, communication, problem-solving, and MS Office skills. Experience in insurance or financial services and familiarity with policy illustration systems are preferred.

Directs commissions operations for life and annuity products, overseeing multifunctional teams, service providers, budgets, resources, and operational strategy. Leads continuous improvement, cross-functional initiatives, risk management, reporting, and customer service escalation. Partners with senior leadership and vendors while developing managers, improving performance, and using operational data to guide decisions. The role requires extensive operations and management experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
