Leads financial planning and analysis activities, including management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, dashboards, and executive insights. Partners across Finance, Technology, Actuarial, Risk, Data, and business units to improve reporting, data governance, controls, and finance platforms. Supports Power BI analytics, Oracle and AWS initiatives, SOX controls, data quality, issue remediation, and finance transformation while coordinating workstreams and mentoring peers.

Leads enterprise FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and executive decision support. Partners with finance, actuarial, technology, and business teams to improve financial data structures, reporting platforms, governance, and analytics. Oversees US GAAP and capital analysis, SOX controls, reporting quality, expense management, strategic projects, and executive communications. Manages and mentors the FP&A team while supporting international and cross-functional stakeholders.

Supports the first-line business controls and SOX programs by testing control design and operating effectiveness, facilitating external audits, conducting process walkthroughs, identifying control gaps, and recommending enhancements. The role documents processes, tracks and validates corrective actions, assesses risks from business changes, collaborates with management and auditors, and communicates findings and progress to stakeholders.
