Lead development and enhancement of operational risk methodologies, frameworks, and reporting. Translate risk data into decision-useful insights for leadership and the Board, advise on control effectiveness and risk acceptance, oversee issue management and remediation, embed ORM in business and technology initiatives, and promote continuous improvement and risk-aware culture across the enterprise.

Lead strategy and execution for enterprise GRC platforms and risk data strategy. Integrate GRC with core systems, enforce data governance, oversee vendor management, drive adoption of risk taxonomy, support executive reporting, and partner across lines of defense to mature operational and enterprise risk management capabilities.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CFO and finance leadership, managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, confidential correspondence, reports, meeting coordination, and executive liaison duties. Ensure discretion, compliance with data privacy, and smooth finance operations during organizational change.
