Teams at Transaction Network Services

Provides Tier 1 support for corporate Windows and Mac workstations, mobile devices, Office 365 applications, and enterprise accounts. Resolves employee IT requests, installs applications, applies security patches, supports MFA and endpoint security tools, tests workstation applications, documents troubleshooting, escalates unresolved issues, and participates in 24x5 shift coverage and after-hours on-call rotations.

Provides 24/7 monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, and operational support for a global payments network. Responsibilities include diagnosing network connectivity and performance issues, supporting Linux servers, IP transport, Fortinet and Cisco infrastructure, managing tickets and escalations, coordinating with internal and external teams, conducting post-incident analysis, and supporting change management. The role requires shift-based NOC experience, network troubleshooting skills, cloud and routing knowledge, and strong communication under pressure.
