Define payment solutions and translate business needs into technical requirements for transaction-processing systems. Serve as product owner by managing the backlog, prioritization, user stories, and sprint activities. Provide expertise in card payments, payment protocols, APIs, scheme rules, compliance, tokenization, and security. Collaborate with product managers, clients, acquirers, processors, and software teams to design integrations, document requirements, validate functionality, and support stakeholder demonstrations.

Leads growth of TNS’s unattended payments business in Italy across parking, EV charging, mobility, ticketing, vending, and self-service. Responsibilities include business development, pipeline generation, solution design, pre-sales support, partner ecosystem development, market intelligence, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional coordination. The role manages relationships with payment providers and technology partners, supports integrations and certifications, contributes to product roadmap recommendations, and monitors commercial and delivery performance.

Supervise daily Network Operations Center activities, including monitoring, incident response, ticket management, escalations, customer communications, and staff development. Lead major incident bridges, coordinate technical teams, maintain operational documentation, support service readiness, and improve monitoring and ticketing workflows. Serve as a subject matter expert in IPX, Sigtran, BGP, VPN, and network interconnect technologies while developing automation and training programs.
