Transaction Network Services Benefits Overview

Performs customer invoicing, revenue accounting, billing, month-end closing, financial reporting, account reconciliation, audit support, contract review, and client query resolution. Ensures billing processes comply with regional controls, policies, SLAs, and KPIs while identifying process improvements. Requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, ERP experience, advanced office software proficiency, and flexibility for night shifts.

Designs and supports customized payment technology solutions for strategic customers and high-potential sales opportunities. Conducts discovery sessions, develops business and technical requirements, creates proposals and cost models, supports RFPs, and assists sales presentations. Acts as a bridge between product, technology, engineering, sales, and customer success teams. Requires extensive payment-services networking expertise, including SD-WAN, cloud services, firewalls, VPNs, access services, and relevant payment security standards.

Leads design, deployment, operation, and support of a global IP backbone and complex multiprotocol networks. Responsibilities include routing protocol design, MPLS and Ethernet services, WAN/LAN and data center architecture, load balancing, vendor assessment, technical leadership, project direction, troubleshooting, process improvement, and knowledge transfer. The role also owns end-to-end network processes and contributes to technology integration, implementation, and budget planning.
