Provide technical support and troubleshooting for QuickCharge customers, analyze logs and SQL databases, use network tools (e.g., Wireshark) and IIS/Windows/Linux diagnostics, resolve or escalate incidents, maintain customer relationships, contribute to knowledge base, and communicate feedback to product teams.

Provide technical support by diagnosing issues, collaborating with teams for escalated cases, documenting solutions, and improving processes in customer environments.

As a Contract Administrator, you will support sales with inquiries, manage contract requests, and oversee vendor certifications and legal compliance documents. You will also handle administrative contract amendments and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
