As a Contract Administrator, you will support sales with inquiries, manage contract requests, and oversee vendor certifications and legal compliance documents. You will also handle administrative contract amendments and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for QuickCharge customers, analyze logs and SQL databases, use network tools (e.g., Wireshark) and IIS/Windows/Linux diagnostics, resolve or escalate incidents, maintain customer relationships, contribute to knowledge base, and communicate feedback to product teams.

Provide frontline technical support for Illumia's software and hardware in mission-critical healthcare, higher education, and corporate environments. Troubleshoot, resolve escalated cases, document solutions, contribute to knowledge base, drive process improvements, and advise customers while collaborating with product and engineering teams.
