Lead APAC total rewards strategy and delivery, advising HRBPs and business leaders on compensation and benefits. Manage job evaluation, incentive reviews, off-cycle pay, benchmarking, equity and AIM program deployment, Workday implementation, compliance, and regional Reward initiatives to support talent attraction, retention, and business goals.

Manages HVAC project site execution, coordinating contractors, subcontractors, stakeholders, equipment delivery, installation, commissioning, testing, defect resolution, and project handover. Provides technical guidance for chiller, airside, and air-conditioning systems while enforcing quality, HSE, and site regulations. Monitors progress, risks, readiness, and milestones, prepares site reports, and supports urgent service matters across project sites in Vietnam.

Sell air-side HVAC engineering solutions directly to biopharmaceutical and semiconductor customers. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, designing customized HVAC solutions with technical teams, developing regional markets, tracking projects, achieving sales and profit targets, managing contracts and collections, and analyzing market and competitor information. The role requires knowledge of cleanroom facilities, engineering design and construction management, and the ability to independently design preliminary small- and medium-sized HVAC systems.
