Supports senior Digital leaders by managing complex calendars across time zones, coordinating domestic travel, executive meetings, leadership summits, town halls, communications, presentations, action items, SharePoint resources, expenses, purchase orders, statements of work, and vendor invoices. The role requires discretion, advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency, onsite work in White Bear Lake Monday through Thursday, and strong executive event coordination skills.

Manage financials, contracts, subcontractors, schedules, and customer satisfaction for HVAC/Building Automation System (BAS) projects. Lead cross-functional teams, mitigate contract risks, handle change orders, ensure compliance and project documentation, and support collections and forecasting.

Supports procurement programs through data analysis, financial metric tracking, supplier improvement initiatives, RFQ and ECN execution, and procurement project follow-up. Reviews engineering drawings, specifications, and testing requirements while coordinating with Engineering, Operations, suppliers, and commodity teams. The role also manages productivity opportunities, inflation tracking, plant-specific sourcing information, and reporting for Procurement and Finance.
