Sell insurance to warm leads, primarily acquiring new customers and expanding the Spanish-speaking client base. Provide initial service through the first renewal, build client relationships, and participate in daily in-person coaching and team huddles. The role offers a $40,000 starting base salary plus commissions, bonuses, and incentives. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English, hold Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, and reliably commute to the Mesa, Arizona office.

Sell P&C and/or L&H insurance using agency-provided leads. Maintain a sales pipeline, meet production targets, collaborate with agency leadership, and participate in ongoing sales training and mentorship.
