Coordinates electrical and instrumentation integration across FPSO construction, installation, commissioning, and handover. Reviews contractor documentation, manages technical interfaces and deviations, supervises E&I installation, verifies testing and certification, supports audits and safety reviews, and drives punch-list closure and subsystem handovers. Requires extensive offshore oil and gas or fabrication-yard experience, electrical/instrumentation engineering knowledge, fluent Mandarin, and working English.

Coordinate FPSO mechanical completion and pre-commissioning activities, including procedure review, hydrotesting, equipment function testing, rotating machinery alignment, documentation review, risk mitigation, contractor coordination, and safety compliance. The role supports project steering meetings, resolves technical queries, oversees vendors and contractors, and ensures mechanical systems are ready for commissioning.

Analyze global offshore engineering markets, manage product and technology requirements, develop offshore product roadmaps, plan emerging technologies, build business cases, and define product concepts for new offshore products and technologies. The role requires deep knowledge of shipbuilding and marine platforms, strong market research and coordination skills, and effective communication with international clients.
