Analyze global offshore engineering markets, manage product and technology requirements, develop offshore product roadmaps, plan emerging technologies, build business cases, and define product concepts for new offshore products and technologies. The role requires deep knowledge of shipbuilding and marine platforms, strong market research and coordination skills, and effective communication with international clients.

Design and select static equipment such as pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, filters, and skids. Prepare technical specifications, data sheets, calculations, procurement documents, and bid evaluations. Coordinate with vendors, supervise manufacturing and FAT inspections, and provide on-site support for installation, welding inspection, commissioning, and technical issue resolution. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams on EPC projects.

Develops and maintains project schedules for FPSO and offshore engineering projects. Tracks progress, milestones, delays, risks, critical paths, and recovery plans. Coordinates engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractor, and client teams; prepares schedule, forecasting, delay analysis, and progress reports. Supports claims, contract documentation, planning-system maintenance, and project archives.
