Support Spanish customer service quality by monitoring QA metrics, reviewing interactions, running audits, analysing feedback, running calibration sessions, and recommending improvements. Maintain decision trees, update knowledge resources, and improve CRM ticket workflows using scripting to drive consistent, higher-quality customer outcomes.

Lead strategy for customer monetisation across pricing, subscriptions, loyalty and bundles. Build commercial cases, define premium propositions, design test-and-learn frameworks, and influence senior stakeholders while partnering with Product, Marketing, CRM, Finance and Data to drive sustainable customer growth and lifetime value.
