Provide group and one-on-one instruction in career development, employability, and workplace readiness. Deliver workshops, coaching, resume/interview support, job search strategies, and adapt materials to diverse learners. Track attendance, outcomes, and assist participants in overcoming employment barriers via referrals and resource navigation.

Provide front‑desk and administrative support including client intake, scheduling, recordkeeping, communications, meeting coordination, and general office administration. Serve as first point of contact, assist with eligibility screening and follow‑up, maintain files and supplies, prepare documents, support staff projects, and ensure compliance with policies and training.
