Lead business development to secure group, corporate, leisure, and event business for a resort. Build client relationships, conduct site tours, prepare proposals and contracts, negotiate rates, maintain sales pipeline and forecasts, collaborate with operations and revenue management, track bookings and reports, and represent the property at events and trade shows to meet revenue and occupancy targets.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director; coordinate calendars, meetings, reports, and guest/owner relations; serve as liaison across resort departments; manage confidential records, track KPIs, support special events and VIP arrivals, and assist departmental managers with projects.

Oversee daily spa operations, manage and train staff, coordinate scheduling and inventory, ensure health and safety compliance, handle guest inquiries and complaints, support promotions, and report on performance and financial metrics.
