Process daily financial transactions, reconcile cash and bank statements, support AP/AR and payroll, prepare monthly/annual reports, assist month‑end/year‑end close, ensure compliance, support audits, and collaborate with operational leaders to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting processes.

Support daily front office operations, manage check-in/out, handle guest service recovery, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, train and schedule front desk staff, monitor cash/billing and front office systems, act as manager on duty, and assist the Front Office Manager with departmental goals and reporting.

Provides high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to the Managing Director of a resort. Manages calendar and meetings, prepares correspondence, reports, and meeting materials; serves as liaison across departments, assists guest and owner relations, coordinates events, tracks deadlines, and supports special projects while maintaining confidentiality.
