Lead all spa operations, staff, guest experience, and financial performance. Drive revenue through services, retail, memberships, and packages. Recruit, train, schedule and supervise therapists and support staff. Manage reservations, inventory, budgets, payroll, compliance, facility maintenance, and service standards. Partner with marketing, handle guest recovery, prepare operational reports, and analyze performance to meet financial and operational goals.

Manage banquet and catering events from planning through billing, serve as primary client liaison, prepare BEOs and forecasts, audit event charges, coordinate internal teams and vendors, and ensure guest satisfaction and profitability for group events.

Lead engineering and grounds operations for the property, overseeing maintenance, repairs, capital projects, budgets, vendor/contracts, safety compliance, staffing, and guest-related service requests. Manage project delivery, long-term capital planning, and departmental procedures to ensure facilities open/close and operate efficiently.
