Controls traffic and maintains safety around road closures and work zones using cones, barricades, and stop/slow signs. Loads trucks, delivers and retrieves traffic control equipment, completes reports, and supports related duties. The role requires outdoor work in all weather, extended standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, flexible on-call availability including nights and weekends, and independent and team-based work.

Perform flagging and traffic control at work zones, set up cones/barricades, conduct two-way flagging with stop/slow signs, load and deliver traffic control equipment, complete reports, and ensure public and crew safety while working outdoors for extended periods.
