Lead full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition activities, manage TA and onboarding teams, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS job postings and candidate pipelines, represent the company at job fairs, and partner with HR and leadership to ensure timely hiring and onboarding.

Lead planning and delivery of training and workforce enablement for enterprise transformation. Manage training workstreams, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, oversee rollouts, validate field readiness, capture feedback for continuous improvement, and ensure training meets compliance and audit requirements.

Support full-cycle recruiting: create/post job ads, source and screen candidates, conduct phone and in-person interviews, coordinate high-volume interview schedules, run background and MVR checks, maintain applicant records/trackers in ATSSA and spreadsheets, communicate with hiring managers and candidates, assist with hiring events and onboarding, and provide HR administrative support across locations.
