Teams at Traffic Management, LLC

Perform two-way flagging and traffic control for work zones, set up cones/barricades and signs, load/deliver equipment, complete reports, and follow safety procedures while working outdoors and on-call nights/weekends.

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and onboarding support. Maintain candidate records and applicant pipelines using ATSSA and spreadsheets, coordinate hiring events, run background checks, and support HR administrative tasks. Travel up to 20% for job fairs.

Lead planning and execution of training and workforce enablement projects supporting enterprise transformation. Manage training workstreams, stakeholder coordination, rollout plans, readiness validation, and continuous improvement of curricula and documentation. Track progress, risks, and compliance; support field observations, assessments, audits, and cross-functional adoption.
