Leads the 3-year plan, scenario and capital allocation analysis, quarterly earnings cycle and investor engagement, debt and liquidity strategy, and manages a small finance team to translate strategy into the financial model and investor narrative.

Own end-to-end order execution and operational relationship for Traeger’s largest retail partners. Lead OTIF strategy, vendor compliance, chargeback reduction, cross-functional alignment, forecasting coordination, and executive reporting for large-format, multi‑store retail programs.

The Category Director will develop global product strategies, oversee product quality, conduct performance analysis, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams for successful product launches.
