Oversee FP&A activities for revenue through gross margin, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, KPI analysis, and profitability recommendations. Lead and mentor financial analysts, partner with cross-functional leaders on strategic initiatives, identify performance risks and opportunities, and improve financial reporting processes. Communicate insights to senior leadership and support business decisions involving investments, market expansion, cost optimization, and business cases.

Lead Traeger’s North American Amazon retail business, owning P&L, growth strategy, profitability, demand planning, promotions, and operational performance. Manage senior Amazon relationships, vendor negotiations, joint business planning, QBRs, and promotional execution. Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams. Analyze category, competitive, and shopper data to identify opportunities and resolve issues involving inventory, chargebacks, purchase orders, content, and catalog integrity.

Own the digital product strategy and unified roadmap for Traeger’s mobile apps and website, with emphasis on engagement, retention, cook frequency, lifetime value, brand storytelling, and conversion. Lead cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Insights, and Customer Experience. Conduct consumer research, analyze product and funnel data, manage testing and beta feedback, align stakeholders, and apply AI tools to improve product development and customer experiences.
