Teams at Tradition Capital Bank

Leads the bank’s accounting operations, including financial controls, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, forecasting, tax returns, and financial reporting. Oversees accounting staff, ensures compliance with US GAAP and banking regulations, prepares financial statements and FFIEC Call Reports, supports Board reporting, and provides analysis for capital, pricing, and contract decisions.

Underwrite and analyze commercial and consumer credits by preparing financial spreads and credit presentations, performing cash flow and collateral analysis, reviewing loan documentation, monitoring portfolio compliance, assisting lenders with credit administration, and collaborating across teams to manage risk and provide timely customer service.

Provides client support and operational assistance for Treasury Management products, including onboarding, implementation, account maintenance, transaction processing, exception resolution, risk mitigation, compliance monitoring, reporting, and procedural updates. Collaborates with sales, deposit operations, client experience, and other bank teams to support ACH, wire, Positive Pay, online banking, lockbox, remote deposit, and related services.
