The FP&A Specialist will design reporting standards and planning foundations, support the monthly close cycle, and deliver financial insights for stakeholders, improving financial processes and reporting workflows.

Manage and align firm-wide risk treatment with the Risk Management Framework and Appetite. Conduct risk and control self-assessments, oversee incident remediation, report trading, liquidity, market and credit risks, participate in new product approvals, monitor KRIs/KPIs, provide training, and champion risk governance and mitigation across the organisation.

Manage daily transaction reporting (MiFIR/MiFID II): exception handling, reconciliation, incident logging, validation triage, governance packs, regulatory change testing, procedure maintenance, and process improvement.
