Supervise daily food safety and quality activities at an orange juice processing facility. Oversee HACCP and FSMA preventive controls, CCP monitoring, GMP and sanitation compliance, laboratory testing, environmental monitoring, documentation, corrective actions, and audit readiness. Supervise QC and laboratory personnel, review test results, manage deviations and product holds, and support FDA, Organic, Kosher, and third-party inspections.
