Owns client support, onboarding, testing, monitoring, workflow certification, and performance analysis for Tradeweb’s automated execution platform. The role guides clients through integrations, refines automation rules, trains users, supports product enhancements, and partners with sales and product teams to grow trade volume and operational efficiency. It requires strong communication, technology aptitude, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to manage projects and troubleshoot issues under pressure.

Manage and grow a portfolio of hedge fund and bank trading desk clients across Europe. Identify new business opportunities, meet revenue targets, execute buy-side sales strategies, and provide knowledgeable support on fixed income and derivatives electronic trading. Build trusted client relationships, deliver presentations and platform demonstrations, respond to client inquiries, and share market intelligence while collaborating with Client Services and regional teams.

Provides money market fund trade execution, client servicing, reporting, reconciliation, sales support, prospect research, database maintenance, and cold outreach. The role supports global trade desk, onboarding, and regional sales teams while assisting with client technology implementations and administrative requests. Requires Hong Kong securities licensing, strong Excel and data manipulation skills, Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency, excellent English communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
