Lead second-line operational risk and incident management activities across business and technology, coordinate incident response and root cause analysis, perform risk assessments, maintain policies and controls, monitor risk metrics and remediation, and liaise with Technology, Product, and business stakeholders to report to senior management and governance forums.

Test Fixed Income pricing engines, trading systems and analytics by writing and executing functional, integration, regression and performance test cases. Build and maintain test repositories, use automated test tools and database scripts to validate market data, track incidents through the QA lifecycle, and set up test environments and configurations.

Support day-to-day cleared trading operations across multiple asset classes: monitor clearing workflows, investigate and resolve trade breaks and exceptions, coordinate onboarding and testing, provide first-line client support, maintain operational controls and documentation, and drive process improvements including automation and AI-enabled solutions.
