Manage the product deployment team’s frontline performance, queue assignments, deployment velocity, quality assurance, and go-live delivery. Resolve dealer, OEM, vendor, configuration, and installation escalations; coach specialists; support technical and contracting inquiries; partner with Sales and Client Success; improve tooling and processes; assist with capacity planning; and lead special projects and leadership development.

Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Prepare financial reports and variance analyses, lead budgets and forecast updates, and provide insights to business leaders. Support financial close activities, build KPI dashboards, improve reporting processes, perform business case and ROI analysis, and help ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.

Owns Protomiq’s SaaS pricing strategy and revenue operations, including subscription tiers, bundling, dynamic pricing, discount governance, deal desk processes, sales forecasting, territory design, pipeline analytics, and performance reporting. The role partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve revenue productivity, conversion, profitability, and lifecycle management. It also leads process optimization, sales enablement, operational automation, and cross-functional strategic initiatives while reporting to the CFO.
