Responsibilities include building backtesting and simulation frameworks, optimizing latency, integrating strategies with OMS/RMS platforms, managing risk and position sizing, analyzing market microstructure and transaction costs, monitoring performance, documenting strategies, and mentoring junior quants.

Leads brand communication and B2B marketing across content, social media, campaigns, demand generation, SEO, paid media, events, and sales enablement. Develops brand narratives and collateral, manages CRM data hygiene, optimizes lead funnels, supports pre-sales, and tracks campaign performance. The role requires trading-domain experience, strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency with CRM and marketing tools, and the ability to execute integrated inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
