Write clean, documented, testable code, participate in code reviews, collaborate with QA, and learn low-latency systems design, profiling, and optimization.

Develop and optimize high-performance Golang backend systems for trading and financial services. Architect low-latency, high-throughput microservices and build event-driven, fault-tolerant systems handling real-time data streams. Responsibilities include applying concurrency, memory management, distributed systems, message queues, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. The role requires independent ownership and experience with trading, market data processing, or low-latency systems.
