Manage construction projects from pursuit through closeout including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor buyout, procurement, RFIs/submittals, client communication, field coordination, and project closeout to ensure quality and financial performance.

Install, repair, and maintain commercial glazing and architectural systems (windows, storefronts, curtain walls, skylights); fabricate and fit glass and metal components; perform caulking and sealing; read blueprints and shop drawings; ensure safety and OSHA compliance; collaborate with project teams and support historic restoration projects.
