Manages premium, self-sourced, affiliated, and house-client relationships within the retail derivatives industry. Responsibilities include acquiring and onboarding clients and partners, meeting service and sales KPIs, supporting business development through approved marketing channels, coordinating stakeholders, preparing reports, and complying with regulatory and internal policies. The role requires strong knowledge of spread betting and CFDs, substantial sales experience, CRM proficiency, and a proven record of meeting targets.
