Lead and scale a client services team managing high-value agency and brand partners. Provide strategic account leadership, oversee campaign and technical integrations, drive product adoption and upsell, partner with Product and Engineering on API/roadmap priorities, build training and best practices, and deliver executive reporting, forecasts, and cross-functional programs to accelerate partner time-to-value.

Provide technical API support for enterprise clients: troubleshoot REST/JSON/GraphQL integrations, write SQL queries, own incidents, improve monitoring/QA, create documentation, and collaborate with engineering, product, and client teams.
