Provides front desk and guest services at luxury fitness studios, including greeting and checking in clients, scheduling classes, handling inquiries, maintaining the studio environment, supporting class transitions, and managing MindBody Online records. The role also assists with retail merchandising, inventory transfers, theft prevention, member feedback, operational efficiency, and TA LIVE streaming support. Requires a flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and occasional travel between New York locations and the Hamptons.

Provide exceptional front-desk customer service at a members-only fitness studio: greet and check in clients, manage scheduling and MindBody Online, handle inquiries, maintain studio appearance and retail, assist class transitions, support TA LIVE streaming, and collaborate with management to meet operational and financial goals.

Lead high‑intensity group classes, private sessions, filmed and virtual workouts; learn and perform extensive choreography and client programs; coach clients, modify exercises safely, represent the brand, and travel occasionally to support studios and events. Must maintain peak physical conditioning and complete the 3–6 month TA training program.
