Manage end-to-end video production: contribute to pre-production, operate cameras/lights, capture audio/visuals, edit footage with color correction and sound, organize files and studio, and collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive marketing videos.

Lead creative direction and brand visual identity across marketing, product, and sales. Manage cross-functional projects, mentor designers, execute brand campaigns, digital assets, motion design, and sales enablement materials to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Drive product adoption by analyzing usage data, running customer research, building scalable enablement (in-app guidance, campaigns, training), and partnering with Product, CS, and Sales to translate insights into adoption strategies and go-to-market actions.
