Own product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategy for technically sophisticated B2B products. Analyze customer feedback, sales conversations, competitive intelligence, deal data, and market signals to improve commercial outcomes. Create sales enablement assets, support launches, influence packaging and pricing, and partner closely with Product, Sales, Growth, and Customer teams across regions. This senior individual-contributor role requires strong strategic judgment, analytical discipline, technical curiosity, AI fluency, and hands-on execution.

Manage the full accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, payment processing, reconciliations, dispute resolution, aging analysis, compliance reporting, and cash flow optimization. The role also improves AR processes through automation and best practices while collaborating with finance, sales, customers, and auditors. This hybrid position requires Atlanta-area residency and onsite work several times per week.

Recruit top sales talent across account executive, SDR/BDR, sales engineering, and sales leadership roles. Responsibilities include outbound sourcing, market and territory research, candidate assessment using sales performance metrics, partnership with sales leadership and revenue operations, and ownership of full-cycle recruiting from outreach through onboarding.
