Own camera and sensor integration, synchronization, control, and signal-processing pipelines. Mentor engineers, set architecture and best practices, prototype features, harden for production, and support lab and on-vehicle bring-up, validation, and debugging.

Owner of device-side firmware/software for multi-camera, multi-sensor vehicle scanner: control and sync cameras/sensors, implement signal-processing pipelines, prototype and harden features, support lab and field integration and debugging.

Own the post-sales lifecycle for European insurance customers, driving adoption, measurable business value, retention, renewals, and account growth. Build relationships with stakeholders ranging from claims handlers to senior executives, lead onboarding and business reviews, monitor account health and AI performance, quantify outcomes, provide product feedback, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role requires fluent Polish and English and regular travel, including to Poland.
